Okay folks, I've been asked for this recipe again and again. I learned the base of it from my bruja, but I added a few things in. I'll put *'s next to what is optional.
You'll need: 1 bath tub full of water that is as hot as your body can handle 1 quart of epsom salts 2 cups of sea salt 3 tablespoons of Himalayan Pink Salts* 1 regular sized bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide 1 Sprig of Rosemary * OR 1 Bunch of Lemongrass* 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice* Relaxing Music and Shea butter or some nice, moisturizing, but not overly chemical-based lotion to put on afterwards.
Mix all of the ingredients into the bathwater, soak, and add more hot water as needed. Stay in the bath for at least an hour if possible. Remember the Epsom Salts come from the medical aisle where you would find other things for sore muscles. Some people like to add menthol based rubbing alcohol as well. By the way, YES you can bathe in hydrogen peroxide.
It is normal for a bunch of gunk to come out of your skin as you are detoxing. If you are worried about any conditions, consult your doctor, but this is an old recipe that has worked for a bunch of people and, in my experience, is safe. If you have worries though, consult someone. It's refreshing, purifying, and every chakra is so clean and well working after this that it is amazing. If you find that you are blocked up especially in your third eye, whereas you usually or not, this bath may clean the proverbial filters and get you rolling again!

That is a pretty cool recipe. One of my favorite detox baths is a ginger and hydrogen peroxide mixture. 1tbsp of ginger to 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide. Very cleansing and refreshing. ^_^
