We feel that we are in an extended version of what some may call a coven. More like a club of like minded invididuals...so why not do a recipe swap! Throw some of your favorites up, review others, and comment about what you'd like to try or what you are interested in finding. (: This was something I tried just last night and it was delicious!! www.food.com/recipe/panda-express-orange-chicken-103215Instead of white rice, I made my grandmother's fried rice recipe. You throw in a pot 5 eggs, let them fry a bit then chunk them up, throw in some butter, and 2 sliced onions, wait till onions are translucent, then put cooked rice inside of the pot with a bunch of soy sauce to taste and color preference. This with the glaze over the rice and with some green peas on the side... yumm-o!

Please do!!
Tonight's recipe was simple as we used box potatos, peas, and gravy for the rest, but the main meat was chicken! Here's what I did with it: Alex's Kickin Southern Fried Chicken- 3 Cups Flour 5 Large Chicken Breast 3 Eggs 1 Cup of Milk 1 Cup Corn Starch 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder 2 Teaspoons Paprika 1 Dash Celery Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Adobo Seasoning 1 Dash Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley 1 Dash Red Pepper 1 Dash Salt
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Use a meat mallet to thin out the chicken for tender and quick cooking. Coat liberally in egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Put into pan of hot oil. Mine took about 5 minutes on each time, but if you need to, cut it open and check or use a meat thermometer. It's crunchy, flavorful, and sooo juicy.
