Removal of Things Unwanted A lot of people have been asking me for a meditation that is a good and easy self cleanse. This is one that has worked great for me, and is in the form of a short ritual.
This ritual uses many elements, and is a very well rounded cleansing ritual. If you are in need of a deep cleanse, or just need a tune up, it is something to try. Remember, the results you get from this work are all intention based. The more agressively you work on your cleansing, the faster your results will be. Some people need to take it slow, and some people can handlea lot in one shot. My advice is to do this ritual even if you feel perfectly fine!!!
Make sure that you note any changes you feel or see. Keep track of your progress, and make sure to give yourself time for healing!!!
