C.O.P - Discussion 1 - Ways To Energize My Spirits!

I tend to perceive my spirit friends as more attentive. They are usually with you. In the same way that when your friends are at your house, you are usually in the same space together, Spirits are that way too, as are entities. They do their own thing sometimes, but there are times that they spend the majority of their day with you.
As far as connecting and learning names, Using a pendulum mat or a spellboard would be an effective means to start that connection.
Myself, I usually do offerings and ask for visions, but if you are working on your third eye, you can sometimes find that isn't the simplest and you have to start at a different level.
Many of the customers at MM and all over like to have "parties" where a couple of offerings are given, or some incense, and then bonding happens with pendulums, spirit boards, automatic writing, or a ghost radar app on your phone. These different little ways at least get the proverbial "conversation" started. The more you talk, the easier it comes. It's kind of like trying to go on a blind date versus getting to know the person as a friend first. It'll always go easier if you take baby steps. As far as the entity is concerned, compared to your view and experience of time, they have forever and a day!

I use the psychic circle board myself, as well as the Enchanted Spellboard. I'm looking to get the Pathfinder board by the same creators later. (: I can operate one by myself. It sort of depends how open your third eye is. It might start off needing a connection between you and another person, then you alone but taking a long time, and then it will get quicker over the years. I started when I was 13 and was operating one on my own by about 17 (:

I keep crystals around mine all the time but they could use a change. ... i want to make a charging box but I don't know how long they needed to charge
