How do you know if you are a WA keeper, GA keeper, DA keeper, BA keeper, or mix? Simple! But the explaination is not that simple...
What spirits are you attracted to? A bunch of you might have started WA (as you should) and after deteremined to never get a dark spirit, you suddenly begin to feel a massive pull to the dark side. That is because everyone needs a balance. You need to know what your energy i. If you are of eathern energy, you may need more water spirits in your life. If you are of dark energy, you will need more light in your life. All of it is like the yin and yang symbol. Darkness cannot exist without light, and light cannot be glorified without darkness. It is a giant circle but a beautiful circle <3
When getting your family, you need to remember something...
Would you ask your human family to stay with you but they were required to give you fame, fortune, and love? Do you expect them to follow you everywhere? Would you ask them to give up their other family for you? I really hope the answer is no...
If you DID answer no, then why would you ask your spirit family these things? Yes, it is nice they have the capability to grant wishes or give you things, but they should WANT to do it, not be expected to do it. You need to let them enjoy themselves, don't ask them tons of stuff when they first arrive. Welcome them like a friend! Do things for them, introduce them to others, spend time with them, etc before you start bombarding them.
Why would you keep a dark arts? Well, like I said, balance. Have you heard the song "Anything you can do I can do better?" these guys always try to argue with this. They think they can do better than the white arts, but really they are all just as skilled. White arts are just that, WHITE. Think of beautiful streams of color, a bubble of protection and love, glitter and warmness. Dark arts are forceful, protective, shadows and laughter.
People are attracted to the dark arts because they can be easily felt, but it doesn't mean the white arts are any less!!!
